Understand Every new Cubeworks project or iteration starts here: with the Understand Phase. Our digital strategy is informed by a deep understanding of your business processes and your customer’s needs. This understanding creates the conditions for meaningful transformation.

Create Creation begins with design. We look for opportunities to integrate , automate and optimise, ensuring high performance. We review information architecture and look-and-feel. We collaborate closely with our customers. We involve real users and demo concepts. We iterate, then review and iterate again using change-responsive methodologies.

Launch Before launch we run final user tests , accessibility appraisals, performance benchmarking and security compliance tests. In parallel, we can provide training so content editors and site administrators are confident with any new technology. We continue this support through our customer Helpdesk.

Optimise The launch is a milestone, not a destination. Once the site is live, we study the analytics. We identify any areas that require optimisation. Ideally we then continue to monitor the business transformation over time. Which returns us naturally, to the Understand Phase.

Cubeworks Development Cycle We love the Japanese philosophy of “kaisen” or continuous improvement. We’re convinced this generates the better long-term results than infrequent radical upgrades. Cubeworks offers a suite of maintenance options that provide continuity.
