The challenge

TFB commissioned Cubeworks to bring its sales and technical support systems together in one easy-to-use website for its customers.

Having previously used an off-the-shelf web portal which provided some useful basic functionality, TFB needed a professional new look and integration with its other systems. Our design skills and proven track record in integrating databases in a unified web environment convinced TFB to offer the contract us.

The solution

We re-branded the existing portal with a modern, user-friendly web interface in line with other TFB branding. We also integrated their helpdesk database with their primary company database and product catalogue.

The result

The result is an industry-leading online customer service portal that has been extremely well received by TFB's customers. The portal developed by Cubeworks helped TFB to achieve joint first place in an industry client satisfaction survey in 2006.
