Delivering successful large-scale agile web projects
At a bustling Internet World 2011 last week, I gave a talk on how Cubeworks has adopted a hybrid agile-waterfall approach to delivering big web projects successfully. This was illustrated using one of our clients JISC Collections as a case study.
It was great to see that about 75% of a good-size audience had previous experience of agile projects, which resulted in some good questions at the end and continuing debate after the talk.
Thirty minutes was barely enough to do such an in-depth subject justice and unfortunately I ran out of time for questions. So I’d love to hear your comments about whether you’ve have made such an approach work?
