Our team

Our people are our most valuable asset. They are also some of our clients' most valuable assets. As a result we are always looking for talented candidates with the right skills who can be part of a tight team.

Who's in our team?

We currently have a full-time team of nineteen friendly, highly-talented people and we also draw on an experienced pool of freelancer designers and developers for some of our larger projects.

All full-time team members work in our Brighton seafront office in an open plan environment to encourage communication, interaction, knowledge exchange and teamwork.

Senior management team

Alex Cowell is our Founder and Managing Director. Before starting Cubeworks in 2002, Alex worked for 24-seven new media, one of the South Coast's largest new media agencies and for one of the UK's leading software companies. Alex has 9 years' experience in the digital sector, having directed accounts for the likes of BT, HP, Vodafone and Cable and Wireless since 2000. Alex assists key clients with their internet strategy.

Simon Booth is Director at Cubeworks. Simon joined Cubeworks' senior management team in 2005 and has over 10 years' experience of delivering web projects for organisations such as the BBC, the NSPCC, Proctor & Gamble and the CBI. He is a specialist in creative thinking, internet marketing, the web user experience and social media.
